Frankenstein Avocado Toast

  • Toast
  • Mashed Avocado seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Radish Slices
  • Black Olive Slices
  • Tomato or carrot sliced to resemble a smile
  • Seaweed cut to resemble Frankstein hair/bangs

Spreak the avocado mash over toast.

Place the radish with olive slices on top to resemble eyes.  Use the tip of the radish to resemble a noe and the tomato or carrot slice to resemble a mouth.  Press the seaweed to the top edge to resemble hair.  Enjoy!

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
44 cocktail-size smoked link sausage weines  (from a 1-lb package)
Toasted sesame seeds
Ketchup and mustard
Heat oven to 375°F. Line two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking parchment paper.
On a work surface, roll dough sheet out to 14×11-inch rectangle. Cut vertically to make two 11×7-inch rectangles. Cut crosswise into very thin strips.
Wrap 1 strip of dough around each wienie  to look like a little mummy; press firmly at each end to secure. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart for even browning.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve with ketchup and mustard.

Dracula Dentures

Chocolate chip cookies, cut in half
Red frosting
Mini Marshmallows
Slivered almonds
Spread frosting evenly on the flat side of the cookies.  Place marshmallows on one side of cut and frosted cookies.  Place another frosed cookie on top of the marshmallows and press firmly.   Add slivered almonds to resemble fangs.  Serve.
