I for one am trying not to gain the Corona 10 during these challenging times but if you’re like me you’re currently on the SEE FOOD DIET:  when you see food you eat it.  LOL.  Even though we should be watching what we eat, we also need to treat ourselves from time to time so why not load up your body with immunity boosting berries the next you’re indulging in dessert?  This luscious recipe is so easy and delicious and you can even use frozen berries if you don’t have fresh on hand.

We’re giving away a $100 produce box from Melissa’s Produce during my “Cooped Up with Katie” Facebook livestream today (April 5th at 3pm PST) so make sure to tune-in!  Melissa’s delivers all over the country so the lucky winner’s box will be delivered to their doorstep anywhere in the continental U.S.
